Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders are shipped on Tuesday to arrive prior to the weekend. We ship FedEx Ground, which is 3-5 days for delivery, 3 days for most. Please unpack your order in a cool shaded location and water your plants upon arrival.

We ship native azalea orders from the cooling weeks in September-April, sometimes early May if the weather continues mild. The months of June-August are too hot for azalea plants to be shipped, so no shipping of azaleas in hot months. Azalea orders received during those months will be shipped the first ship date following the order. 

Shipping and Handling is calculated by weight and volume of order.

We ship to the continental USA, only to states east of the Rocky Mountains.

Minimum Order

The minimum order is $25.00. Due to the cost of shipping materials and labor, which continue to go up, processing smaller orders is not possible.

How we pack your order

Your order is packed to be sure your plants arrive in good condition. Below are photos to show how we pack to get you the best plants possible. They can be kept in a cool place out of the sun for a couples of weeks if you are not ready to plant. They will do best if planted within 3 days.
