Shipping/Handling Policy

All orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday to arrive prior to the weekend. We ship 3 day USPS, or UPS ground on larger orders like native azaleas. Please unpack your order in a cool shaded location and water your plants upon arrival.

We ship hosta, fern and perennials orders April through September, orders placed after September 15th will be booked to be shipped the first shipping day in Apirl.

We Ship Native Azalea Orders Mid Feb.-May, and September-November. Orders placed during other months will be shipped the first ship date following the order. Shipping and Handling is calculated by weight and volume of order.

We ship to the continental USA, only to States East of the Rocky Mountains.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your order, Return plants in the packing material in which they were received, within 5 days. Your Money will be refunded within 30 days of return , no questioned asked. Shipping cost are not refundable.

Minimum Order

The minimum order is $25.00. Due to the cost of shipping materials and labor, which continue to go up, processing smaller orders is not possible.
